What You’ll Do:
Perform residential and commercial air duct cleaning using specialized equipment
Inspect HVAC systems for dust, mold, and blockages
Operate cleaning tools and safely handle materials
Communicate clearly with customers about services performed
Use our CRM system for job tracking and reporting
Follow company safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of professional experience in air duct cleaning
HVAC experience or certification is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in tight spaces
Own truck and tools preferred (additional earnings potential)
Compensation & Benefits:
$35–$40 per hour + commissions (Profit Sharing Program = unlimited earning potential)
Commission and performance bonuses

Monday–Friday (occasional weekend availability may be requested)
