Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Ministry to Students:

• Develop, promote and coordinate activities that are age appropriate for students from K-12 grade.
• Develop a schedule for student ministry volunteers for various classes and events.
• Schedule time each week to meet with students at their schools and develop relationships with school faculty.
• Train and involve Students and Student Leaders in outreach to Students who do not yet have a relationship with Jesus.
• Involve Students in ministry and mission projects.

Ministry to Parents:

• Be available to parents to discuss issues related to their child or Student Ministry.
• Assist parents by providing or pointing to tools and advice to help them raise their child(ren) in a godly environment.

Ministry to Student Leadership:

• Provide opportunities to include students in church ministries.
• Facilitate Leadership Meetings with Student Ministry Teams
• Provide Students training opportunities in Local, State and National levels.

Other Responsibilities:

• Be a member of the Ministry Team, Student Ministry Team and the Follow Up Team.
• Be present an annual budget for discipleship needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the pastor.

Salary level: $43,000
