We are seeking an Experienced Wedding / Banquet Coordinator with F&B to oversee our weddings, banquets, and F&B operations and ensure the seamless execution of golf outings, events, and weddings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in events, weddings, front of the house, food service, and customer service, with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills. The candidate will assist the F&B Manager. Duties: Plan, coordinate, and execute banquet, wedding, and golf outing events from start to finish. Supervise banquet staff including servers, bartenders, and support staff. Ensure high-quality guest service and satisfaction throughout events. Manage banquet budgets, inventory, and ordering of supplies. Collaborate with the culinary kitchen team to create menus and ensure food quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet facilities. Address any issues or concerns that arise during events promptly and professionally. Skills: Proficiency in food safety standards and regulations. Experience in bartending, serving, and beverage service. Strong guest services orientation with excellent communication skills. Availability to work on weekends, as typical banquet events are over the weekend. Experience working with Weddingwire, Theknot, or weddingpro.com. Experience working with GolfNow or any similar cloud-based POS like Lightspeed, Toast, or Clover. Knowledge of banquet operations including food handling, bussing, and food preparation. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and requests effectively. Experience working with MS Office and 7Shifts for employee scheduling and timekeeping.
