Job Title: Temporary Bilingual School Secretary
Location: West Grove, PA 19390
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–3:15 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch; 7 hours paid/day)
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Position Overview:
The Bilingual School Secretary will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and students at a Child & Career Development Center. This individual will be responsible for managing building entry, greeting guests professionally, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor and manage building entry, including buzzing in visitors.
· Operate the Raptor visitor management system.
· Greet and direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
· Communicate with classrooms to coordinate student late arrivals and early dismissals.
· Provide general front-desk and administrative support using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Qualifications:
· Previous receptionist or front-desk experience preferred.
· Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
· Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism.
· Reliable, punctual, and organized.
