Bouncer - Future Bars

The Future Bars Group is currently seeking full time employees for an Bouncer's position.  We are looking for persons who have experience in the restaurant, bar, or hotel industries or those looking to and are eager to learn. The positions are open at different locations in Downtown SF. Typical hours are Tuesdays thru Saturdays, between 4.30 pm and 2 am.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests when they arrive and when they leave
• Qualify guest identification in accordance with ABC guidelines
• Monitor guests for signs of intoxication
• De-escalate the conflicts which involved customers
• Interface with supervisors to manage and control guest flow
• Assist in clearing glassware and shutting down locations at end of the night

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 1 year of security or front desk experience in a hotel, restaurant, or nightclub
• Strong oral communication skills
• Active guard card or commitment to obtain one in the first 6 months of employment
• Flexible evening availability
• Able to stand 8 hours
