About the Role

We’re hiring a Brand Sales & Marketing Manager to drive retail expansion, build distributor and account relationships, and bring the Goldies brand to life through events and field marketing. As one of the first hires on the team, you’ll report directly to the founder and help shape the playbook for how we show up in market.

This is a hybrid role that blends sales, marketing, and brand strategy. You’ll spend your time in the field—meeting with accounts, growing distribution, repping the brand at events—and behind the scenes—planning go-to-market tactics and helping move key priorities forward. The right candidate brings a startup mindset, strong experience in beverage or CPG, and a love for building things from scratch.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Distribution

• Lead sales outreach and account management across on- and off-premise retailers
• Build and manage distributor relationships in key markets
• Travel regularly to visit accounts, support market launches, and grow presence
• Track sales performance and provide feedback on market dynamics and opportunities
• Act as the face of Goldies in the field—trusted, energized, and buttoned-up

Marketing & Events

• Develop and execute an event and field marketing strategy aligned with our brand
• Identify key opportunities to build presence—local festivals, tastings, seasonal events, etc.
• Handle event logistics from end-to-end, including staffing, permits, and brand materials
• Collaborate with the founder and creative partners on campaign and activation ideas
• Support influencer, ambassador, and sampling efforts where applicable

Startup Hustle

• Pitch in wherever needed—from ops and logistics to product feedback and launch prep
• Help refine internal tools, workflows, and early processes as we scale
• Embrace a collaborative, team-first mindset—everyone wears multiple hats here

Who You Are

• 3–6 years of experience in beverage sales, field marketing, or consumer brand management
• Deep understanding of the beer or beverage alcohol landscape
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter, and highly adaptable—startup-ready
• Clear communicator and strong relationship builder
• Comfortable with travel, event work, and flex hours
• Based in Austin or Denver, or willing to relocate
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license
• Bonus: experience launching new brands or markets
