About the Role We’re actively hiring for two key roles: Sales Representative You’ll meet virtually with pre-qualified clients who’ve requested information, identify their needs, and offer custom supplemental life insurance solutions — all from the comfort of your home. Sales Leader You’ll earn leadership bonuses based on your team’s performance and help develop future leaders. Compensation & Growth 1099 Independent Contractor (Full-Time) First-year average: $60,000–$80,000 Leadership & long-term potential: $100K–$250K+ Residual income begins in year 2 — get paid every year on business you’ve already written Annual performance bonuses Paid weekly ✅ What You’ll Need Must be 18+ years old Ability to obtain a state life insurance license Don’t have one yet? Most of our agents complete licensing in about a week, and we’ll connect you with the tools, resources, and support to get licensed quickly and affordably.
