Overview Business Intelligence Analyst at GardaWorld. Transform data into executive-level insights by providing analysis and reporting to multiple GardaWorld Security Services departments. This role requires expertise in efficient information retrieval, data analysis, dashboard design, and reporting solutions that empower management and stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. The BI Analyst will work closely with various departments and levels, including building Power BI reports, running ad hoc queries, and discussing new report requirements with stakeholders. Your Responsibilities Provide data research and compilation by working with Branch and Corporate staff to ensure data collection is complete and timely. Develop actionable reports, interactive dashboards, and ad hoc requests that show key performance indicators, identify areas for operational improvement, and display root-cause analysis of problems. Monitor scheduled reports and jobs to ensure timely completion per predetermined schedules. Demonstrate the ability to identify, recommend, and develop analytical reports that reveal underlying trends and insights not readily apparent to end users. Create detailed documentation required for analytics and reporting. Serve as an embedded BI partner who works directly with departments, business owners, and field leaders to understand processes, identify opportunities, and design practical, accurate, and scalable solutions. Able to lead or facilitate meetings and presentations with stakeholders or team members, ensuring discussions stay on track and outcomes are clear. Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. SAP Business Objects experience is a plus. Experience researching problems, digging deep, and finding solutions. Experience with compliance, internal audits, and/or documentation is a plus. Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Able to pass an extensive screening process. Additional qualifications as needed/required. Your Skills And Competencies 5 years MS SQL Server experience. Experience developing Power BI reports, including Power Query, DAX, and data modeling techniques. Knowledge of data modeling concepts. Familiarity with Snowflake is a plus. Strong organizational skills to plan, organize, and prioritize workload and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent Excel skills.
