The role requires expertise in BI systems, market analysis, and customer insights, with a focus on delivering timely and accurate information to users. The position is based in Irving, Texas. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage business intelligence tools, databases, and dashboards. Ensure timely and accurate flow of business intelligence data to users. Collect and analyze data from industry reports, public information, and other sources. Examine competitive market strategies by analyzing product, market, and share trends. Maintain and update BI systems, methods, and tools for organizational efficiency. Use BI tools to identify and monitor current and potential customers. Disseminate updates on BI tools, reports, and metadata enhancements. Provide technical support for dashboards, reports, and BI tools. Create and review technical documentation for tool development accuracy. Analyze technology trends to identify opportunities for product development or sales improvements. Conduct tests to ensure that BI outputs align with business needs. Qualifications U.S. bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, MIS, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field. 12 months of experience as a Management Analyst, Business Analyst, or related occupation.
