The role involves collaborating with business units to analyze and research data to develop new data products or services, resolve issues, and improve processes. It also requires providing global knowledge of bank operations to assist in problem-solving, enhancements, and project implementation. The responsibilities are cross-functional and critical to bank-wide operations. Qualifications: College degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. 3-5+ years of experience in data management, financial modeling, forecasting, or business intelligence. Preferred experience in financial services. Strong technical skills with proficiency in Office applications (Word & Excel), and experience with database tools such as SQL and Access. Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos. Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and produce accurate results. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication across organizational levels.
