Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

As a process engineer on our team, you will be responsible for leading technical initiatives to enhance manufacturing and packaging efficiency, focusing on improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), process reliability, and cost savings. Key responsibilities include managing engineering projects, analyzing production data, introducing new technologies, and supporting continuous improvement in quality and productivity.

Job Details

MUST HAVE:

• BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of engineering experience in production manufacturing facilities
• Manufacturing process improvement, design, and continuous improvement experience
• Food/Beverage manufacturing industry experience
• Chemical engineering background

NICE TO HAVE:

• Lean Six-Sigma belt certification
• Knowledge of FDA, GMP, HACCP with high-speed packaging equipment
• PLCs and DCS
