All leaders at Chick-fil-A are responsible for embodying the Owner/Operator's vision and core values, creating a fun and focused work environment, leading and coaching others toward success, and ensuring all aspects of shift management result in an outstanding experience for each guest.

Restaurant Directors work to implement the business mission and strategy alongside the Owner/Operator by developing and coaching restaurant leaders, crafting and implementing strategies for operational execution, and driving the team toward success and business results.

The work schedule for this position will rotate to include a combination of opening, mid-shift, and closing. Working at Chick-fil-A is more than just a job, it's an opportunity to gain valuable skills and life experience that goes beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment.

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
