This role offers opportunities to provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy services in a supportive and collaborative environment. You'll play a vital role in conducting assessments, delivering evidence-based therapy, and helping clients achieve meaningful progress.
What You'll Do:
Conduct mental health assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Maintain a minimum caseload while providing high-quality therapeutic interventions that enhance clients' daily functioning.
Utilize creative and evidence-based approaches to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
Provide exceptional client care while collaborating with case managers, families, medical providers, and other professionals as needed.
Participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training to enhance your skills and stay current with best practices.
Demonstrate an understanding of cultural diversity and apply ethical standards in all clinical and professional activities.
Comply with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Bring:
Active licensure in Florida or California as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD.
Current NPI number.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills with the ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful client relationships.
Strong time management and organizational abilities, with the capability to work autonomously.
A creative and innovative approach to therapy, with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience working in community mental health, private practice, or telehealth settings.
Familiarity with insurance billing and community resources.
