Stable Johnstown precision shop expanding into a new facility with modern Haas lathes. We’re hiring a CNC Lathe Setup/Operator who can set up jobs, run parts to print, and take pride in clean, consistent work. Direct hire role with real long-term growth.
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:30am–4:00pm (optional OT)
Pay: $25–$35/hr to start based on experience + 90-day review
You’ll be doing full setups, offsets, tooling changes, blueprint work, tight-tolerance machining, and in-process inspection in a well-run, team-first shop.
