About the Role
We are seeking motivated CNC Milling & Lathe Operators to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for daily production support, running CNC machines, and ensuring top-quality parts.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and operate CNC mills and lathes (Kitamura, Brother, Miyano, Doosan, Smart) .
\n
• Inspect and troubleshoot parts to maintain production flow.
\n
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and part specifications.
\n
• Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, gauges).
\n
• Follow all quality and safety standards in a fast-paced machining environment.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
\n
• 2+ years of CNC machining or machine operation experience preferred (training available for motivated candidates).
\n
• Basic understanding of machining concepts, practices, and procedures.
\n
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
\n
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving skills, and solid work ethic required.
\n
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
\n
• Local candidates only.  There is no relocation package.
\n
