Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Estimator located in Rowlett, TX. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing and managing cost estimates for construction projects. Daily tasks include performing quantity take-offs, analyzing project requirements, developing and submitting accurate cost proposals, and collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure budget adherence and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Construction Estimating and performing Quantity Take-offs
• Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating costs
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with construction estimating software and tools
• Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
