Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years in the field. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing day-to-day construction operations while maintaining clear and effective communication with Owners, Architects, Engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily project activities on site
• Read, interpret, and apply construction blueprints
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timelines and budgets are met
• Maintain strong communication with Owners, Architects, and Engineers
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to travel within 2 hours of the Jackson Metro area

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $70,000 – $100,000 + per diem
