Key Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of demonstrable experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse book of business, including mid to large-sized accounts (preference to candidates well-versed in working with workers’ compensation accounts)
• An active Property & Casualty license is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance products, markets, ratings, and underwriting procedures.
• Proficiency with agency management software, Microsoft Office Suite, carrier websites, and other relevant industry software systems.

Your Impactful Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly reviewing and verifying policies against submissions, quotations, and proposals.
• Skillfully implementing proposal adjustments and quotation modifications based on client meetings with producers..
• Preparing and submitting applications with precision, utilizing underwriting information provided by the producer.
• Proactively following up with markets for quotations and efficiently issuing auto ID cards.
• Developing comprehensive proposal booklets under the expert guidance of the Account Executive.
• Collaborating effectively with Producers to provide insurance binders and secure essential client sign-off approvals.
