Overview
Dansker Capital Group is seeking to add Commercial Mortgage Brokers to our growing team. We are recruiting for full-time onsite openings in our Morristown, NJ office. Incoming brokers will go through a hands-on training and mentorship program with some of the industry’s top mortgage brokers.
Job Responsibilities:
· Identify new business opportunities, maintain current clients, and secure meetings with senior executives at end-user and landlord businesses.
· Meet with clients and lenders to build relationships and proactively discuss their financing needs
· Work in coordination with analysts in the planning of loan submission statements for review by capital providers and negotiate loan terms with those providers.
· Participate in all aspects of loan closing process including negotiation of documents and terms
Ideal Candidate:
· Must secure and maintain a New York State real estate license (not required for interview process)
· Strong understanding of the commercial real estate industry
· Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and self-discipline
· Well-spoken and possess effective communication and negotiation skills
· Willingness to make cold calls
· Must be coachable and receptive to feedback
· Experience handling a high volume of projects at once
· Must be a team player with integrity
· Bachelor’s degree
Earning Potential
This independent contractor role is 100% commission, has no cap in earnings, and is an opportunity to control your own career trajectory.
