You will be supported by in-person training, ongoing coaching, and a collaborative environment designed to help you sharpen sales skills, increase deal flow, and build a scalable commercial real estate business with clarity and direction.

First year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+

Compensation:

$160,000 at plan

Responsibilities:
  • Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth
  • Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers
  • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations
  • Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client
  • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal
Qualifications:
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Self motivated and self sufficient
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising
