We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for members of Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plans.

During these evaluations, you will conduct a thorough medication and medical history review, alongside a comprehensive physical assessment within the comfort of the health plan member's home. This role allows our NP contractors to earn a competitive wage or supplement their current income while accommodating personal and clinical responsibilities. Each evaluation will utilize a pre-populated, patient-specific form, and please note that this position does not involve prescribing medications, ordering lab tests, or modifying existing treatment plans.
