Job Description:
-Lead and mentor the complete financial accounting team, owning the accurate and timely delivery of all financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and insightful analysis in full compliance with U.S. GAAP.
-Champion a world-class internal control environment by serving as the key leader for SOX 404 compliance, responsible for the design, operational effectiveness, and ongoing maintenance of all financial controls.
-Serve as the business unit's primary technical accounting expert, providing critical oversight and guidance on complex areas including ASC 606 revenue recognition, key reserves (warranty, E&O), and software/firmware capitalization.
Qualifications:
-7+ years of accounting experience
-2+ years of management experience
-CPA is a plus
-Ppen to a heavy manager/sr. manager from public accounting
