The Chocolatier serves up family fare with a fun spin, and hints of chocolate for lunch and dinner. The space features past and present pieces from the Hersheypark ride collection, one-of-a-kind views of neighboring attractions, and a second-story patio and bar. The Chocolatier celebrates the life and legacy of our founder, Milton S. Hershey, by continuing to bring people together for happiness, fun, and of course, chocolate.
\nThis position is responsible for preparing dishes for our guests and ensuring that the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.
\nThis role pays between $17.00 and $19.00 per hour depending on experience.

\nJob Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
\nPrepare all food items according to prep sheets and standardized recipes with speed and consistency of quality.*
\nPrepare, cook, plate, garnish, and expedite food for service.*
\nMaintain communication with front of house staff to ensure timely service to the guests.*
\nAdhere to all food safety guidelines and sanitation practices in accordance from our Department of Agriculture and third party food safety audits.*
\nAssist with training and developing new team members to be efficient in our brand standards and food safety goals.*
\nMaintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.*
\nPrevent waste by following recipes and cooking according to our standards and guests expectations.*
\nStore all food following proper guidelines.*
\nPerform other duties as assigned.
