Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Wage: $18.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm (Monday – Friday)

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through phone calls, faxes, chat and emails
- Handle large volumes of inbound and outbound phone calls
- Place orders, process refunds, and set up warranty replacements
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries about products and pricing
- Assist customers in navigating our website and placing online orders
- Help customers with order status questions, returns, shipping inquiries, and disputes
- Troubleshoot product issues and save the sale when possible
- Handle escalated calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Collect payment information and order details, including addresses and phone numbers
- Document all call and email information according to our standard operating procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager of Customer Service

Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Strong sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective phone and listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Punctuality and excellent time management skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, quick learner and innovative thinker
- Basic knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office
- Typing speed of 30+ words per minute (WPM)
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
