We Are BMF , a globally recognized creative marketing agency, is seeking a Data Entry Assistant to join our growing remote team. This fully remote position allows you to contribute to the agency’s success from the comfort of your home, supporting remote workflows, remote creative teams, and remote data operations across multiple campaigns. You’ll be an essential part of our remote ecosystem—ensuring the accuracy, organization, and flow of key information that supports both remote and on-site project execution.
Accurately enter, organize, and maintain data within digital systems while working from a remote environment.
Support remote campaign teams by collecting, verifying, and processing key data points from clients, vendors, and creative partners.
Maintain up-to-date digital records, ensuring that all information is easily accessible for both remote and on-site stakeholders.
Communicate regularly with project managers, remote colleagues, and data supervisors to confirm accuracy and consistency across all remote systems.
Assist in creating and maintaining spreadsheets, remote reports, and data logs that enhance productivity for remote teams.
Identify and resolve inconsistencies or missing information to maintain data quality and integrity across remote projects.
Uphold strict data security standards and confidentiality while managing sensitive information in a remote workspace.
Provide remote administrative support to ensure smooth coordination between multiple departments and remote operations.
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or certificate in business, data management, or administration is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or administrative assistance, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong computer literacy—comfortable with spreadsheets, databases, and remote collaboration tools.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling large volumes of data.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying organized and self-disciplined.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with remote and on-site teams.
A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free remote workspace.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and contribute positively to a remote-first team culture.
