⚡ Now Hiring: Data Entry Specialist

📍 Location: Charleston, WV

💰 Compensation: Up to $13/hour or $520/week

🕗 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM

Pay: up to $520 a week with weekly pay

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input data from source documents into databases and systems

• Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies

• Maintain and update records in digital and physical formats

• Generate reports and summaries based on entered data

• Communicate with departments to resolve data discrepancies

• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information

• Perform regular data backups and archiving

• Follow company procedures and compliance standards

• Support administrative tasks as needed

• Collaborate with team members to improve data processes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience in data entry or administrative support

• Strong typing skills (40+ WPM preferred)

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with database systems or CRM platforms

• Familiarity with document management systems

• Prior work in government or staffing environments
