Office Manager – Fee-for-Service Invisalign & General Dentistry Practice
Full-Time | San Diego, CA | $34–$42/hour
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Office Manager to join our high-performing dental team in San Diego. Our practice specializes in minimally invasive general and cosmetic dentistry, and we’re proud to be a leading provider of Invisalign in the region.
As a Diamond Pro Invisalign provider, we complete more Invisalign cases from a single location than any other practice in Southern California. We’re seeking someone who can help us maintain—and continue growing—this incredible achievement.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical and administrative experience, including treatment planning, insurance verification, and a working knowledge of Dentrix. A large part of this role includes confidently presenting Invisalign and general treatment plans to patients, ensuring treatments are scheduled properly and followed through, and supporting both patient success and practice production goals.
We are a fee-for-service practice, which means we’re not tied to insurance networks and can focus fully on quality care and long-term patient relationships. We never double-book or overbook, allowing our team to provide every patient the time and attention they deserve.
You’ll work directly with Dr. Eshom and Dr. Duncan—a father-son team that leads with kindness, respect, and a passion for excellence. Our two practices, San Diego Invisalign and David Eshom DDS, operate from the same building. While they function as separate businesses, they work in close partnership to deliver seamless, high-quality care across general, cosmetic, and Invisalign services.
Hours:
Monday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 4 PM
Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 4 PM
Thursday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Friday: 7:45 AM – 1 PM
