FRONT DESK / PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR The Gentle Dentistry – Carmel Valley, San Diego Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
We’re Hiring. The Gentle Dentistry is a busy, modern dental practice in Carmel Valley. We’re looking for a Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator who knows dentistry, communicates clearly, and can keep the front office running smoothly.
What You’ll Do • Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out • Answer phones + schedule efficiently • Verify insurance and handle billing/claims • Present treatment plans and discuss finances • Keep charts accurate and up to date (HIPAA compliant) • Support the clinical team and keep the day moving
What We Need • 0-1 year Dental front desk experience (required) • Confident, professional communication • Organized, detail-driven, reliable • Able to multitask without getting overwhelmed • Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and scheduling software • Spanish is a plus, not required
