Job Details Our company, a leading player in the tech services industry, is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and passionate Director of SEO. This is a permanent position that offers an incredible opportunity to lead and shape our SEO strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing all SEO efforts to increase organic search rankings and to drive more free traffic to our website. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our SEO strategies align with business objectives and deliver measurable results. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective, data-driven SEO strategies that align with our business goals, improving organic search rankings and driving high-quality traffic to our website. Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities for category expansion and content planning. Utilize SEO tools such as SEO Clarity, Semrush, and Google Analytics to monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators and to provide actionable insights. Collaborate with the web design team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on the website. Work closely with the content team to optimize existing content and to develop new, SEO-friendly content that engages our audience and drives traffic. Leverage your understanding of UX to ensure an optimal user experience, improving website navigation, load speed, and overall performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and changes, sharing your knowledge with the team and implementing necessary changes to our SEO strategy. Lead and manage the SEO team, setting clear objectives, providing regular feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in a SEO leadership role, preferably in the tech services industry. Proven experience in web design, category expansion, content planning, and technical SEO. Proficient in SEO tools such as SEO Clarity, Semrush, and Google Analytics. Strong understanding of UX and how it impacts SEO. Excellent knowledge of HTML and other coding languages. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of audiences. A passion for SEO and for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and changes. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
