Total Package: Annual Salary of 50,000 Basic + 5,000 Car Allowance OR Company Car + 70% Profits as Dividends (OTE up to 100k).
Welcome Bonus of 20,000 paid in year one direct applicants only

As a Domiciliary Audiology Partner, you\'ll enjoy the freedom to run your own business while benefiting from dedicated support. You\'ll have ongoing assistance from our expert support office teams and local optics domiciliary administration team, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed.
Were looking for a passionate, ambitious, and hard-working Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser ready to lead our new domiciliary audiology business. You are the heartbeat of your growing business, you will serve your community, and you will create a lasting asset for your family. Essentially, you can look after your customers and take care of your teams, while we look after you.

Partners are A shareholders in charge of the day-to-day running of the business. In this field-based role, you\'ll work within a specific territory, visiting customers in their homes. Youll be responsible for growing your customer base, building a dedicated team, and delivering excellent service. Depending on your territory, the provision could include NHS and private services including screenings, full testing, fittings and aftercare, and microsuction wax removal services.
