Bulldog Systems, a Waste Connections company is hiring a Local CDL Driver trainee in Metropolis, IL. The Driver Helper role involves safely operating a garbage truck on specified routes to collect solid waste, reading route sheets and servicing each customer identified, performing routine post and pre-route inspections on vehicles such as checking fluids, safety equipment, and tires, having professional and courteous interactions with customers when needed, and performing other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Requirements include a clean driving record and being at least 21 years of age.
