Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Executive & Personal Assistant to support two business partners/executives with a mix of business operations and minor personal tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, discreet, and able to manage priorities efficiently.
The position requires on-site presence 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday, with additional remote availability as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Business Support
Calendar management for two executives
Scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments
Handling emails, follow-ups, and reminders
Document preparation, organization, and light bookkeeping support
Coordinating vendors, services, and travel (as needed)
Supporting partnership-related business operations
Personal Support (Minor Tasks)
Scheduling personal appointments
Running light errands or coordinating services
Managing reminders and personal to-do items
Discretion and confidentiality at all times
General
Act as point of contact for both executives
Anticipate needs and manage priorities
Maintain organization across personal and business matters
Schedule
On-site: 4 hours/day, Monday–Friday (20 hours/week)
Remote: As-needed task support outside on-site hours
Flexible schedule within core business hours
Qualifications
Previous experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or admin assistant
Strong organization and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable handling confidential information
Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, email, calendar apps)
Reliable transportation
