What You'll Do

The Education Support Specialist plays a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for students, educators, and professional accounts across our 12 Learning Lofts. This position provides administrative, operational, and customer service support to ensure our education programs run smoothly and reflect our commitment to skin health and professional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and enter schedules for our 12 Learning Lofts including our National Account Calendars
  • Schedule National Account Training sessions for New Open Doors and Dermaplaning
  • Respond to Education Guidance Zendesk tickets with professionalism and care
  • Check in students for in-person classes and provide onsite assistance
  • Support Will Call operations: log daily orders and assist with pickups for employees and accounts
  • Oversee Student Store operations: open/close register, process purchases, restock shelves, and maintain cleanliness
  • Build lasting relationships with students and accounts by delivering exceptional customer service via phone and in person
  • Manage and place Learning Loft classroom orders in internal systems
  • Provide general administrative and event support, including pre-shipping materials for certification completions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma required; prior experience in an administrative role preferred
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (advanced beginner level in Excel)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with the skincare industry or Dermalogica products is a plus
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a fast-moving team environment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally, and stand for extended periods during event support
  • A genuine interest in skin health and professional education is highly valued
  • Monday-Friday required at corporate office.
  • Must reside within a 30-minute commute of the Corporate office: 1535 Beachey Pl, Carson, CA 90746.

The expected base salary for this position is base hourly pay rate is $19.00-$20.00. The exact base pay rate is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This role is eligible for participation in our company bonus plan, rewarding personal performance and company results.
