Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Electrician Apprentice to join their team. As an Electrician Apprentice, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, a strong focus on safety, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Electrician Apprentice

Location: Lakewood, NY

Pay Range: $26.27 per hour

Shift: 1st shift during the 8000 hour training

What's the Job?

• Perform electrical maintenance and machine support tasks to keep equipment operational and minimize downtime.
• Adhere to and promote Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Follow quality procedures and demonstrate attention to detail in all work.
• Provide feedback and perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan.
• Identify and reduce manufacturing constraints, solve problems, and improve processes.

What's Needed?

• MUST Associate degree in Electrical Design, Industrial Electrical Machine Controls/Programming, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Commitment to championing health and safety protocols.
• Willingness to engage in training and development for personal growth.
