Job Description

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Works with warehouse manager to receive incoming service shipments.
• Sorts service products into repairable and non-repairable parts.
• Test incoming failed parts to determine what needs to be repaired.
• Repairs faulty electronic parts.
• Packages repaired parts and works with warehouse manager to ship product back to customers.
• Provide support and assistance to warehouse manager.
• Keep accurate inventory of service parts through Salesforce Service.
• Coordinate shipments of repair parts to and from the factory.
• Provide technical feedback and knowledge for faulty parts.
• Track and log failure issues to determine root cause analysis of failures.

Skills:

• Must be proficient in troubleshooting electronics.
• Must have extensive soldering and electronics repair experience.
• Experience with repairing LED displays is a BIG plus
