Stay Connected Management is hiring Entry Level Account Representatives to join our fast-growing team in the wireless retail space! In this role, you’ll work face-to-face with customers inside major retail locations, representing one of the top telecommunications brands in the nation.

What You’ll Be Doing:Greet and engage retail customers, identify their wireless needs, and recommend devices and plans that fit their lifestyle
Sell phones, accessories, and wireless plans with confidence and accuracy
Guide customers through promotions, upgrades, and service activations
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wireless products, pricing, and promotions
Provide top-notch customer service before, during, and after each sale
Track daily sales goals and work as a team to exceed performance targets
Keep your retail station clean, professional, and customer-ready
Strong communication and people skills — you love talking to people and solving problems
A self-motivated, competitive attitude with a drive to succeed in sales
Ability to learn quickly, retain product knowledge, and adapt to new promotions
Retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus (but not required)
Availability to work full-time, including weekends and some holidays
Hourly pay + uncapped commission – W2 position
