We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in an Entry-Level Office coordinator role.

​This position is ideal for someone looking to start their career in office administration within a dynamic and growing commercial and industrial HVAC service company.

Compensation

Wage Range Starting at: $18.00+/hr. based on qualifications & experience

Requirements

Monday-Friday 7:30AM - 4:30PM (1-hour lunch break)

Job Duties

• Support various administrative functions including data entry, document management, scheduling, and customer communication
• Assist with billing and collections by preparing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding accounts (A/R and A/P experience is a plus, but not required)
• Provide internal support to help coordinate between service teams and clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Help the Dispatcher with scheduling and dispatching technicians for service calls

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, knowledge of pivot tables, v-lookups, etc. preferred
• Comply with and promote company Safety Policy
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with and without supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pass full background screening, MVR and drug screening
