We are seeking a highly organized, attentive, and hands-on Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large family estate in Northern Westchester County, NY. This role is responsible for the full spectrum of estate management, including landscaping, maintenance, staffing, budgeting, and vendor coordination.

This 85-acre property requires direct oversight and hands-on tending of ecological, organic, and sustainable landscaping, assisted by the ongoing expertise of an exceptional landscape designer. Manage extensive landscaping operations, including lawn care, pruning, weeding, mulching, seasonal planting, and irrigation system maintenance and repairs. Collaborate closely with landscaping professionals to align efforts with both the estate’s aesthetic vision and operational needs, with a strong emphasis on organic and sustainable practices

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing private estates and high-value residential properties, with a proven track record of overseeing daily operations, landscaping, coordinating renovations, managing vendors, and delivering exceptional service. They will oversee and work closely with in-house landscaping teams and various third-party service providers, while also managing ongoing projects and upholding high standards of privacy, security, and high-end estate living.

This position requires a proactive, solution-oriented professional who is warm, adaptable, and committed to excellence in both property care and hospitality.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience in ultra-high-net-worth estate or household management—proficient in both operational detail and luxury service delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to handle estate landscaping, coordinate renovation and construction efforts, and execute weekly operational reporting.
