A well-regarded midsized law firm in the Greater Seattle area is seeking an Estate Planning and Probate Lawyer to join its Bothell, WA office. This highly collaborative, client-focused firm specializes in estate planning, probate, corporate law, civil litigation, and more. Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000 based on experience with additional quarterly bonus earning potential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance (100% firm-paid premiums); participation in the firm’s 401(k) plan with a 3% match; unlimited PTO; nine paid holidays; Costco and health club memberships.
Key Responsibilities include:
•Counseling clients on estate planning, probate, and guardianship matters.
•Strategizing on estate and transfer tax implications.
•Drafting legal documents related to estate plans.
•Court appearances for estate administration.
•Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas to ensure superior client outcomes.
Requirements:
•Licensed and in good standing with the WA State Bar.
•Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials, additional LL.M. in taxation not required
•Minimum of 3 years’ experience in estate planning and probate (guardianship is a plus).
•Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
•Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
•Ambitious and committed to building a book of business through firm marketing tools.
