Responsibilities

Seeking an ambitious Estate Planning Attorney to help grow our presence while delivering top-tier legal services for a top law firm.
This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in shaping a high-performing practice focused on protecting families through tailored estate plans and guiding them through estate administration.
Draft customized estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
Consult with clients in accessible language to understand their goals and guide them to the right solutions.
Collaborate with a team of paralegals and support staff to deliver exceptional client service.
Oversee the administration of estates and supervise high-volume estate administration work.
Represent the firm at networking events, seminars, and webinars to promote services.
Split your time between the Charlotte, NC and Fort Mill, SC offices and attend firm meetings and events as needed.

Qualifications :

Licensed to practice in both North Carolina and South Carolina (Required).
3-5 years of experience in Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, and Estate Administration.
Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to build client trust.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using legal document software and client management tools.
