Event Specialist – Skin Care & Wellness Products

Position Overview

The Event Specialist is the face of our brand at trade shows, community events, expos, wellness fairs, and pop-up markets. This role is responsible for creating engaging customer experiences, driving sales of our skin care and wellness products, and promoting the values of our company. The Event Specialist will serve as a knowledgeable guide, brand ambassador, and sales professional to ensure every customer interaction builds trust, excitement, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Sales & Customer Engagement
  • Set up and maintain an attractive, well-organized product display and booth.
  • Actively approach, greet, and engage attendees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Educate customers on the features, benefits, and uses of skin care and wellness products.
  • Conduct demonstrations, product sampling, and interactive sessions when applicable.
  • Drive direct sales by recommending products tailored to customer needs.

• Brand Representation & Promotion
  • Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and product knowledge.
  • Distribute marketing materials, samples, and promotional items.
  • Collect customer leads, sign-ups, and feedback for follow-up campaigns.
  • Ensure all branding and messaging is consistent across events.

• Event Operations & Logistics
  • Assist with transporting, setting up, and breaking down displays, signage, and inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer contacts.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with event and company guidelines.
  • Report event outcomes, sales figures, and customer insights to management.
