About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the strategic leader and catalyst for innovation at the intersection of HR technology and hiring process compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the Board of Directors and Member companies to establish a strategic vision that meets the needs of the Members and anticipates shifts in recruitment and compliance. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive strategic plan to drive growth in recruitment compliance strategy, overseeing all aspects of the organization, and leading with integrity to foster a collaborative and transparent team environment. The Executive Director will also be tasked with supervising and mentoring staff, cultivating key relationships, and acting as a liaison with various agencies to support the efficient administration of the National Labor Exchange.
