About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Human Resources to lead and oversee a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, benefits, compliance, and training/development. The successful candidate will be a key stakeholder in the organizational strategy, advising leadership on HR matters, driving initiatives for performance management, and ensuring compliance with state mandates.
