About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Human Resources to lead and oversee a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, benefits, compliance, and training/development. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a proven track record of effective HR management are essential. Preferred qualifications include a PHR certification and a Master's degree, with higher education experience being a plus.
