We are a fast-growing, well-respected catering company in the DMV area known for our Indian and global fusion menus. As we continue expanding our operations, we’re looking for a culinary leader to help steer production, oversee kitchen logistics, and support exciting new growth. In addition to expanding our existing Restaurant and Wedding Caterings, we are looking for someone who can help launch future potential to-go location and future brand launches.

This role for someone with strong kitchen leadership experience, production discipline, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll play a key part in driving operational excellence across restaurants, catering and to-go formats.

** This is a high level position with top end compensation **

** We have experience with transferring Existing H-1B visas within US **

Responsibilities:

  • Lead event prep and kitchen execution for high-volume catering
  • Create and manage production systems, prep schedules, and batch plans
  • Participate in tastings, occasional client meetings, and quality control
  • Support launch of new concepts, including a to-go model and pop-ups
  • Oversee or mentor staff at multiple locations as needed
  • Maintain inventory, food safety, and vendor coordination

Type: Full-time preferred. Freelance/trial period possible.

Location: DMV/NOVA region

Compensation: Competitive and aligned with experience level

Qualifications:

  • 4–6+ years in catering, restaurant group, or multi-unit kitchen leadership
  • Experience with Indian, fusion, or global cuisines preferred
  • Strong systems thinker with attention to detail and calm under pressure
  • Comfortable with both hands-on prep and high-level planning
  • Culinary degree or Hotel Management background a strong plus
  • Flexibility to work evenings/weekends and adjust to seasonal demand
