Provide leadership in delivering high-quality ambulatory and primary care services, ensuring each patient receives comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment
Guide and support a multidisciplinary medical team, fostering collaboration and professional growth among clinical staff
Establish and maintain evidence-based clinical protocols and care standards to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency
Monitor and assess clinical performance through audits, data review, and continuous improvement initiatives to uphold the highest standards of care

Family Practice Physician Medical Director Requirements:

Must hold an active Wisconsin medical license (MD or DO)
Board certification or eligibility in a Primary Care specialty
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Demonstrated experience in quality management, utilization review, and process improvement
