With a small, family-oriented U.S. team and strong support from their German parent company, they’ve built a reputation for high-quality equipment and responsive service. As their business continues to grow across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, they’re looking to add a hands-on and self-motivated Field Service Engineer who’s just as comfortable troubleshooting a PLC system as they are scheduling the next customer site visit. Position Overview This role combines field service expertise with team coordination. You’ll perform mechanical and electrical service work on equipment across North America, provide PLC-level support (primarily Allen-Bradley), and help manage the scheduling of both your own service calls and those of your fellow technicians. When you're not traveling, you'll work from the company’s facility in Greer, SC, supporting customers remotely and coordinating the service calendar.
