Overview
Russell Tobin is hiring on behalf of a banking and financial industry client! We're seeking motivated Junior Financial Analysts —perfect for recent grads eager to kickstart their finance careers with hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
Your Role
✅ Financial Analysis : Analyze data & prepare reports to support decisions.
✅ Budgeting/Forecasting : Assist with budgets and forecasts.
✅ Data Management : Organize and ensure accurate reporting.
✅ Variance Analysis : Identify and explain performance deviations.
✅ Reporting : Create monthly/quarterly financial statements.
✅ Research : Analyze market trends & competitor insights.
✅ Compliance : Ensure adherence to policies & regulations.
✅ Collaboration : Work with teams to provide actionable insights.
✅ Process Improvement : Drive efficiency by optimizing processes.
What You Bring
🎓 Education : Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
💼 Experience : Internship or prior experience (6 months-2 YOE) in financial/banking preferred.
