THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR FITNESS TRAINER
THE SCHEDULE:
Our part-time Fitness Trainers enjoy a flexible work schedule that fits around their lives. You'll have the chance to work evenings and weekends to best serve our clients.
YOUR ROLE:
As a part-time Fitness Trainer, you'll start your day by getting the studio ready and creating a welcoming space for clients. You'll conduct personalized one-on-one and group stretch sessions, customizing each session to meet the specific flexibility needs of your clients. During breaks, you'll connect with members, grow your client base, and make the most of your schedule. Your days will be filled with helping people reach their wellness goals, understanding the body's muscular system, and experiencing the joy of making a real impact.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
Acceptable certifications include personal training, physical therapy assisting, massage therapy, kinesiology, and yoga. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a passion for health and fitness, and the ability to foster relationships are essential for success.
