General Sales Manager – HVAC, Solar & Home Services

Location: Southern California (Inland Empire / Los Angeles / Orange County)

What We Offer:
• $10,000/month base salary
• 10% commission on total team sales
• Full control to recruit, train, and manage your own sales team
• Lead your own division in HVAC systems, solar, and home service memberships
• Report directly to the CEO
• Use of our CRM system (Housecall Pro Max)
• Clear path to Regional Sales Director and leadership over multiple branches

Your Mission:
• Recruit, train, and maintain 10 active reps within 30 days
• Grow your team by 10 new reps per month
• Ensure your team closes 40 memberships and 10 HVAC/solar installs per rep
• Submit weekly performance reports
• Enforce CRM discipline and lead tracking

• Proven sales manager in HVAC, solar, or home services
• Experience leading commission-based teams
• Strong leadership, urgency, and accountability
