The Graphic Design & Marketing Coordinator supports the Director of Marketing, Director of Business Development, and other departments as needed. This position combines creative design with hands-on marketing coordination to help implement and execute the firm’s marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and adaptable and thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong sense of design with attention to typography, layout, color, and composition.

  • Strong visual problem-solving skills with an eye for balance, hierarchy, and brand consistency across multiple formats.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Apply constructive thinking and comprehension to interpret feedback, refine design solutions, and deliver high-quality results.

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail under tight deadlines.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and emerging technologies (including AI).

  • Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a culture of creativity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing collateral, including proposals, presentations, brochures, project sheets, social media graphics, invitations, and other materials, while coordinating RFP/RFQ pursuit materials.

  • Create and post social media content that reflects the firm’s brand and strategic goals on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

  • Manage and update website content and digital marketing assets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts that effectively communicate the firm’s expertise.

  • Present creative ideas and design concepts clearly and confidently, while accepting and applying constructive feedback to improve outcomes.

  • Support company events, trade shows, and sponsorships through branded collateral and promotional materials, and attend events when required.

  • Coordinate photography for project documentation and final project photography.

  • Coordinate project job signage and other branded materials for client and construction site visibility.

  • Work with vendors, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless collaboration and timely project delivery.
